Free Returns and Exchanges
If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your purchase. We accept returns of unopened and unused products in their original packaging. To initiate the process, please contact our customer service team at info@littleumbrella.co.nz. Our team will provide return or exchange labels and guide you through the process. Please note that some items may not be eligible for return or exchange, and such cases will be handled individually.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase date. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Incorrectly Shipped Items

Order Cancellations
